Likeable, but too unbalanced by alcohol, really a shame.

Intense nose, but mild for the ABV. Fruity on candy apple, beautiful peaches and generic citrus fruits. Marshmallow with orange blossom when aerated, nutmeg honey and cinnamon. Nice fresh woodiness, almost licorice. Aeration opens it up a lot and makes it very pleasant, without exuberance.

Too powerful on the palate, even if we cannot deny the aromatic intensity. Peaches wrapped in honey, Wood sprinkled with cinnamon. Herbaceous marshmallow and nutmeg caramel. Dense licorice, but which brings freshness to the whole. Adding water does it good, but watch out for bitterness.

Long, woody and spicy finish: nutmeg, cloves. Dried citrus fruits. Herbaceous notes.
