A regular wine, no special features, no mistakes, no burden, a simple and comfortable good night wine
-
Pepper, whole wheat bread, hazelnut paste, some salted olives (it's some kind of salty + preserved fruit, not so olives) and sweet peppers in the middle, and some simple cream and steamed buns at the end. The complexity and layering are quite satisfactory, the alcohol control is OK, but the aroma is relatively closed
-
Pepper, ginger, fennel, lots of spices, some daily nuts (mixed but hard to identify nuts and preserved fruits) and some citrus acidity (similar to dried lemons, but not so sour) in the middle, with a hint of wood and leather at the end, accompanied by some raw chocolate. There is a bit of bitterness at the bottom, which is manifested as dark chocolate. The body of the wine is watery, and the overall flavor is a bit "bland". The alcohol content is well controlled in the first half, but it will explode at the end.

Ginger candy, longan, banana powder, and finally wood and a little smoke, medium length
