The barrels are really good, not causing additional questions.
A fine sherry whisky, but overdried and tanned. In the best Dalmore tradition!

-
Soft and sherry with some lacquer and wax paper notes, lots of malt and fresh pigskin. Sweet high-sugar raisins, spices, tannins, marzipan, licorice, a little vanilla.
The second nose is sulphurous.
Intensity: 7.5/10 -
Lots of hot spices, bittersweet, sulphurous, malty, and only then comes a sweet, sherry wave that turns into a dry aftertaste.
There are a lot of tannins, there is some overtanning. In this regard, a lot of spices and pepperiness are felt. A sweet and sour astringent grape.
Sweetness: 7.5/10
Saturation: 8/10 -
Very dry, tart and astringent, quince, and finally sedge gum. There is some note of incompletely formed spirits.
