Color - golden with a very light brown tint, golden brown; Nose - oak, wood, essential oils of conifers, sweet of vanilla and sherry, hay, pungent; Taste - soft and sweet, relatively strong for 40% but very smooth, those conifers again, lots of vanilla, pear, honey, late coffee note; Finish - short, mild, very pleasant, easy drinking, a little sharp at the back of the tongue
