Conclusion: Harmony is actually best here. The thing is really very round and balanced, the sherry casks are not in the foreground, but give the malt depth, as well as toffee and nut aromas, I would rather guess refill casks with American oak

Toffee, caramel, subtle hazelnut, pear, coconut, physalis fruit, light oak spice, bitter orange peel, the alcohol is well integrated

oily attack, very pleasant on the tongue, round, balanced, fruity, toffee, slightly nutty and some wood
