A fantastic whisky. Such whiskys are reasons to love sherry cask aging. Only a small step is missing (intensity on the palate) to let it reach the 90s limit. 89 points.

Dark fruits, plus ripe oranges. Trail mix, fallen fruit. A mixture of various herbs (maggi, oregano). Some leather and old wood.

Impressively creamy. Plums, medium-dark chocolate, the herbs are more subtle here. The aftertaste is spicy with a slight sweetness.

Medium to long, becoming drier and leathery.
