Despite what most people say, I think this behaves well with water. It’s quite spicy neat, so you’ll want to experiment if you want to get to the gentler floral and fruity notes.

A little bit of a prickle at 50%. Very buttery, with lots of orchard fruit and plenty of spice. Apricot, peach, pear, apple, orange, lime perhaps. Honey and yellow florals. An intentional composition, the blender knows exactly what he’s doing here. Vanilla, tonka bean, cinnamon, hints of pastries but not too bready - this one is all about the fruit. Hint of lily of the valley, and even an acquatic / ozonic tinge - makes me think watermelon.

Just a very pleasant mixture of sour and sweet on the tongue. The citruses gain a bit of ground compared to the nose. Developer nicely from soft fruits to spicy buildup. Heavy herbal honey, lemon and orange, peach, apricots, sweet apple, sourdough.

Fairly dry but not overly so, plenty long for the age. The fruits continue, supported by nice bready notes and some herbs. Massard put it very well below - simple but intense.
