A very aromatic nose.
We start directly with coconut and vanilla butter. I would have bet on a very old grain.
A nice woodiness, a little floral side.
A wedge of orange cooked and flambéed with cognac.
Topping of creme brulee. -
On the palate we are on a big orange pulp, which quickly evolves towards passion fruit and mango. It is also explosive in aroma.
Wood, cocoa, pepper, we always have a little caramel, coconut, all-flower honey. -
Final on the acidity of passion fruit, mixed with coconut which explodes again, with vanilla cream.
