A lovely complex dram that doesn’t make you want to rush in any kind of way. This one deserves time, the long finish makes for long pauses between sips. Great whisky that should be on every Scotch lover’s shelf.

Quite medicinal, bandages, not too freshly chipped onions. Upon sniffing several times in a row a hint of green apples appears in the background.

Richly medicinal, again the onions, nicely rounded, oaky, some pepper on the palate and tongue.

A little oaky bitterness, with peppers turning to mint. Later the bandage returns when breathing out. Lingering for quite some time.
