Immediately after pouring, it smells of smoked meat and even some hot dogs (Bullens :). Jungle oil. The smell of smoke decreases a little after water and time in the glass. More sweetness comes in, like sweet licorice. Beautiful oily mouthfeel. Long aftertaste that is felt throughout the mouth but especially on the sides of the tongue, almost a bit "sour-smoky" like smoked reindeer meat.
