Sounds bitterer than he is, I can not really bake very intense oak bitterness with such old things, but he really has premium coffee beans, so the fruitiness of them as a counterpoint to the bitter tone, very nice thing. My personal favorite from the 6x60s flight that evening.

A lot of pure espresso, but also nice bitter orange and blood orange in between with shell, dark chocolate, Earl Gray tea with honey in it, chestnut, chestnut honey, candied ginger, nutmeg and cinnamon, the fresh coffee beans

Still pretty dry and slightly bitter, but with these fresh fruit notes in between, long, warming, greasy
