Great barrel management. With a nice musty, musty note, there is not too much sherry sweetness (overwhelming the whisky). Very balanced and well balanced.

Old and damp wood, damp forest floor, tasty basement (only genuine with the natural floor from the 19th century), overripe grapes, raisins, savory - what a promising start. All the flavors are well coordinated, none stands out cheekily, all nicely arranged and not too pushy. Almonds, soft fudge, forest honey, mushrooms.
-
Soft and velvety and yet with a good force on the tongue. Almonds, hazelnut crocodile ice cream, marzipan, nougat. Less modern than the nose, but still enough to set an interesting and exciting accent. Grapes, dried plums, sweetened milk coffee, sugar beet syrup. Little dry.

Medium to long, velvety. Almond slivers, dried orange peel, dried plums, hazelnut, nougat.
