Peat and smoke. A hint of caramelized bacon comes by. Lemon peel and iodine makes the it a little sharper. At the end a very light hint of sherry.

Ofcourse also a lot of peat and smoke in the mouth. The bourbon casks in which this whisky has matured takes power with its rich vanilla and oak tones. I taste a hint of marzipan and sherry at the end.

Long with a pepper. Again a lot of vanilla in the finish and tones of a bag of dried fruit mix.
