    Tried this one after a 2009 vintage from Cooper's Choice. This one lacks the fruitiness in comparison, but its dryness is very delicate somehow.
    • 코
      Dry and oaky, next to the peat of course. Light dough.
    • 맛
      Again dry, straw-like. Delicate seafood, like oysters. Some brawn (hoofdkaas) as well.
    • 완료
      Again that straw-like maltiness which goes hand in hand with the peat. Dark chocolate. A light tangerine-like fruitiness in the back.
