Talisker Skye is the Isle of Skye's oldest distillery's ode to its contrasting landscape. Since 2015, the whisky has been produced directly on the rough sea and matured in American refill and toasted oak casks, with a slightly larger proportion of toasted casks. This gives the single malt the maritime-smoky note to get the feeling of spending a day on the coast of the Isle of Skye.

Fresh, sweet oranges accompanied by a hint of sea salt then smooth smoke, oak and a hint of pepper.
