An easy dram, and a lovely indication of what's to come from Teeling in the future.

Noticeably young, if not a little immature. Still floral notes and apples make their way, along a bit of dried fruits. Fairly shallow.

The sherry maturation is just there, straight up! I was surprised the first time I tried this - and still am. Beneath the dried fruits, comes fresh fruit, especially green apples, a bit of citric notes and a hint of grassy feel.

Short - which is expected. After the fresh fruitiness has died down, the sherried feel comes back, and brings some coffee along.
