Clear sherry aromas, medium-strong, young, fresh oak, honey and a slightly less noticeable mixture of hay and herbal tea. Yeasty alcoholic smell, by adding water, the oak becomes rounder, the hay takes a back seat, the dried herbs now come out stronger.

Without water: Clear alcoholic burning sharpness, which evaporates relatively quickly. Clear oak taste, then sweetness, then dry oak again.
With water: significantly more complex, full and the aromas come out stronger. -
