About Remus

Remus is a bourbon whiskey brand produced by MGP (Midwest Grain Products) at its Lawrenceburg, Indiana distillery. Named after George Remus, a Prohibition-era bootlegger known as the “King of the Bootleggers,” the brand was launched in the late 2010s as part of MGP’s move into proprietary labels. The range includes straight bourbon expressions such as Remus Repeal Reserve, an annual limited release blending older MGP bourbons.
