Blended Grain Scotch Whisky is a legally defined category: a blend of two or more Single Grain Scotch Whiskies from different distilleries. Like all Scotch, it must be matured only in Scotland for at least three years in oak casks not exceeding 700 L, bottled at ≥40% ABV, and may contain only water and plain caramel colouring (E150a) beyond whisky. It is distinct from Blended Scotch Whisky, which combines single malt and single grain whiskies.
On Whiskybase, “Blended Grain Scotch Whisky” is used as a brand label by various bottlers, so searching that brand groups many such releases.
