It specializes in single cask and small batch whiskies—both single malts and grains—typically bottled at natural strength without chill-filtration or colouring. The bottler organizes its releases into creative named series such as Animals of Scotland (now continued as Crazy Coos), Peat Wave, Deerhound Collection, and The Thirsty Piper, each adorned with distinctive artwork by Lana Mathieson.
