Chapel Gate Whiskey

Chapel Gate Whiskey is an independent bottler based at Cooraclare in County Clare, Ireland. Founded in 2015 by Louise McGuane, the company revived the Irish tradition of whiskey bonding under the name JJ Corry, drawn from a 19th-century local whiskey merchant. Chapel Gate sources spirit from multiple Irish distilleries and matures, blends, and bottles it on-site using its own rackhouse inventory. Bottlings are released in small batches and single casks, highlighting transparency and cask diversity.
