I choose a new favourite distillery every year. I try to learn everything there is to know about this distillery. Try to discover things about the distillery that weren't generally known before. Taste as much as I can from this distillery. Collect special bottles. Host a tasting with a selection of these bottles and share my acquired knowledge.
