Whisky drinker, not whisky trader.

I prefer finishing bottles before opening new ones, thus keeping my number of open bottles relatively low. This is due to the fear of too much oxidation (been there...) and me not engaging in bottle preservation measures (e.g. by decanting and/or adding inert gasses).
