Seasoned bartender well versed in whiskies and cocktails but above all my passion and product knowledge i pride myself in is Scotch whisky.. i fell in love with it as soon as I legally could experience it and ever since I have pushed myself to learn as much as I can about what I am passionate for.. enjoying a good few drams along the way as well as keeping an eye out for the odd special bottle to add to my wee collection.... I have had the pleasure to work in some good cocktail and whisky bars in my hometown of Inverness including award winning The Malt Room whisky bar and also the Glenmoriston Hotel Piano & Whisky bar.
