Baught a bottle at Dunder-Store and the payment site crashed.
Received perfect service and the bottle was reserved for me even without payment.
The bottle arrived perfectly packed.

Yesterday I bought a bottle of Habitation Velier Forsyths White, barely thirty minutes ago I recieved my package. The bottle was aesthetically wrapped and most of all it seemed SAFE! It is not my first time ordering from this site and I just need to say that the customer service is impeccable. You got yourself a regular customer. Chapeau bas!

Dear Sir,
We didn't received any email from you and when you reached us on facebooked you have received immediate answer. We didnt get your payment so the order was canceled.
We are using PayU which is not "our system" but a global payment service provider which guranties instant accounting for payments.
We are sorry but if do not accept our sales terms and conditions we couldn't fullfill your order.

Unfortunately a bad experience.
I would have liked to buy two bottles of limited edition 18year old Aberlour, however the only accessible payment method (if you are non-polish speaker) is their 'PayU' system. The actual rating on Trustpilot is around 2.5/5! Warning sign!
After I had decided not to pay this way, immediately contacted them via e-mail (which bounced back) then through the 'contact form' they provide on their site. I would have liked to pay for my whiskies. No answer for days.
Today I tried my last chance - Facebook messanger, where I finally got a respond. After I asked the same questions, they claimed they can not take bank transfer payments (yeah because that would be traceable, right?) then after I got 'problematic' they said the Aberlour is out of stock....order has been cancelled after was idle for 24 hours.
Really interesting as I received confirmation on the order, but never one to let me know the order has been cancelled. How sad...It is a joke.
Thank god I was vigilant, and I prompt you to avoid them by far. I think by now all of you can take the conclusions from my story!
