One18 Empire is a restaurant located on the ground floor of the Marriot hotel. It has a wide range of single malts from budget whiskies all the way up to premium and hard to find whiskies. In addition, it is one of only two restaurants in Calgary to sell Scotch Malt Whisky Society whiskies.  Its blend and bourbon ranges are also quite large.  The food menu is small but very well done.
