The restaurant is cozy and invites to linger. Chris and Marion are excellent hosts and their service team is attentive, friendly and courteous. What amazes me most is Chris' talent to create unique sensory experiences by matching the aromatics of whiskies to his creative cooking. Can have a full four course menu with matching whiskies or combine/pick courses as you wish. If you're not hungry you can get whisky tapas, snacks or just a wee dram/beer/wine at the bar. The whisky selection not overly large but very good. Good choice of standard OBs and independent bottlings.
