Nose

Comments
Tasted head-to-head with the Lagavulin 12 CS 2016.
Very good complex and dinkable dram at the strength of 60,9%.

Color
Yellow gold
Nose
A bigger sherry impact than I expected based on the colour. Raspberry syrup and somewhat farmy peat. Later whiffs of fudge, hazelnut and vanilla pudding. When adding water, there's apple and the sherry is pretty much gone.
Taste

Peat, raspberry syrup and dark chocolate.

Finish

Peat, dark chocolate and cherry pastry filling.

Comments

Nice young Ledaig. 2cl sample.
