Official notes:

Arts & crafts poster paint, and behind this a smoked rack of ribs with barbeque sauce; hickory smoke, with thick back tea. The taste is sweet and tarry, with creosote undertones, but the meat and BBQ sauce comes through. With water we sensed an electrical fault - a smoking plug, hot Bakelite, and were transported back to Scalextric and (older members of the panel) Hornby OO toy railways; a grubby nose - cleaning the barbie after smoked gammon sprinkled with herbs and white pepper. A smooth texture and a sweet taste; still some `electrical` notes, and ashy smoke in the finish.

Drinking tip: Before, during and after a barbequed feast
