The brand was started in Maryland and is now produced in Kentucky by Heaven Hill, which also owns bourbons Evan Williams and Elijah Craig. Evan Williams being the father of bourbon they named this brand after him. Fantastic cask strength bourbon. Got 95.5 points from Jim Murray in his Whisky Bible.
