If adding some drops of water, fruitiness and pepper will increase both on the nose and taste

Nose

Apricot, grapes, oak, lilac and vanilla

Taste

Dried fruit, liquorice, oak, hint of smoke and a bit oily

Finish

Medium to long with a peppery/oaky, some saltiness and smoke in the finish
