Whisky is a gift from God, isn't it? Even when I drank three hundred wines, I could still say "Oh my God, how can this wine taste like this!"
    • Nose
Skunk squid, H2S, natto, beef mushroom soup, parsley, stewed wood, nuts, black land, kovi, raisins, caramel, cream.
Fun layering, the first layer of flavor is extremely special and full, try to distinguish the chocolate, dried fruit, and finally shake the cup, the bottom layer of cream can be revealed.
    • Taste
Mushroom soup with gravy, semi-fermented soy products, bitter bottom, sherry, old leather shoes, oak, wax oil for leather care, 100% black, black truffle, direct chewing orange peel, milky.
Exhausted all brain cells, Jura Tastival and Springbank 13 SC can be mixed with this flavor, but the two ages are much smaller than it, and 28 years can be so strong and unimaginable. .
    • Finish
For a long time, citrus, sandalwood, and gravy are intertwined.

One for the lovers of dark and meaty whisky. It's dark, but not in an agressive way. I guess that the age really took off some rougher edges and delivered an almost savoury dram.
    • Nose
Meaty as sherried Mortlach can be. I don't know if it's the working of the cask, or the heavy distillate. It's on oxtail soup, damp earth, mushrooms, fermented beans, putty, old sherry, and raisins. There is old wood, some wood smoke, and even a saline impression (soy sauce). Later, some fresher senses emerge, like orange zest, and a whiff of mint. There is also a creamy side.
    • Taste
Very drinkeable without water, with of course a spicy edge. There is in fact the same as on the nose, only a tad fresher and less meaty. It works very well. Old leather is very prominent, togehter with polished wood, mushrooms, the fermented black beans and soy sauce. But as said, the orange screams louder and provides a good balance. Then there is nice old sherry, palo cortado type.
    • Finish
The finish takes us to darker places again. The wood lingers, with pepper and ginger, and again mushroom and oxtail soup. Leather books, Christmas cake with oranges,
