Actually it improved quite a lot since I opened the bottle. At first it tasted much drier and has got now a much better sweetness to compete with the oak wood that the bitterness doesn't come up.

Mellow, liquorice, heavy sherry notes, pretty oaky, not that sweet - just a little, some dark fruits, again dark chocolate, some expresso coffee, a bit peppery
