Sherry concentrate in a glass with a classic set of aromas and flavors: fig and plum jam, smoked prunes, raisins, dark chocolate, tobacco and humidor wood, leather. At the same time, the basis of forcing is felt. You can't drink much of that at once.
The alcohol is well integrated. I liked the multi-layered, almost Mediterranean interplay of spice, salt and sweetness. This one is no compliant whisky! But that is precisely what makes it interesting. I'm pretty sure that you can discover more flavor nuances with each new tasting.
