N- A Tennessee SMB without an E on Whisky, and similar font on both labels, probably a George Dickel? Closed at the beginning but improve and get brighter after breathing. Scents of large pile of dried flowers in an enclosed attic. Thin layer of minty liquorice layered in the middle with crushed peppers and leafy coming thru gradually. Pineapple flambé and jammy strawberry as it goes on.
P- Coat of sweet white oak and mild phenol. Mashed cherry and corn syrup with honey undertones. Fat and oily mouthfeel balanced with plenty of lively well integrated zesty flavours. Energetic displays after breath.
F- Short-Medium, full body with good substance, charred wood notes and sweet as it should be. Honeyed butter, if that is such thing.
