Nose: Spicy rye, herbs, dill, caramel, vanilla, oak, light citrus, brown sugar, corn,
Palate: Spicy, butterscotch, vanilla, caramel, heat, pepper, honey, light herbs.
Finish: Peppery, spice, hot, with vanilla and butterscotch.
With Water: Better spiciness in the nose, herbs, caramel. Smoother and softer with a few drops.
Overall: Nicely spicy, good sweetness. More oak and character than that other ryes I have had recently.
