  1. Gloin scored this whisky 78 points Expert Senior

    This is strange stuff, young and immature, with a hint of fruit as some German so-called whisky shows. With whisky to my understanding at least that has (yet?) Nothing to do. I can not give that much pleasure. blind tasting
    • Nose
      Fermented fruits, sour, grassy, little to no oak, a few red fruits, sour cherries
    • Taste
      Sweet sour, sour apple, lemon, a hint of vanilla, again hardly oak, sour, alcoholic hot, immature
    • Finish
      Still sweet and sour fruits, now accompanied by a slightly bitter oak

    [Color] bright gold;

    • Finish
      warm, medium length finish;

  5. Xaver did not rate this whisky Expert Senior

    • Nose
      The colleague begins with overripe apple. Reminds me of warm must. There is more overripe fruit. Pear, peach, sour berries. With some time in the glass, the fruit moves backwards and it becomes more alcoholic. Apple schnapps opens up. Wet hay and somehow after forest. Wood, wet leaves. The longer it stands, the more the alcohol gets through. So ... give it a try.
    • Taste
      Good sour start. Acid chopsticks from Haribo. A certain sweetness is included. A good load of herbs. Sour berries. Has something of plum brandy. Slightly musty and dusty dry. Strangely enough, a sweet, provocative apple note hangs on the cheeks. A good dose of bitterness pushes.
    • Finish
      Medium. First sour, then bitter, then comes some sweetness, which is overtaken by a dusty, almost sharp drought.
