Thanks to member GIORGOS for the sample!
Salty, with chamois leather, chalk, and dry, acidic citrus. Water makes it saltier, with light pineapple touches, and some grass. A dry, faint smokiness comes out. An oak cask floating in the sea. Some yeast with a bit more water.
A sweet attack, on lemons, bourbon, white pepper, and salted caramel. A smidgen of smoke, and a pleasantly oily, soft body. Water takes it more to the lemons, but also makes it too easygoing with these light cereal and sugar notes. Perhaps this is best neat?
Dried barley, and a long wave of sweet lemon.
