- The barrel quality was definitely not the best. Bitter wood notes on the nose and on the finish !!
- Bottler`s Notes:
Aroma: Fruity and malty top notes and typical notes of raisins, fruits and heathers, apple, pear and subtle orange. Followed by cereal notes, coffee and wood as well as notes of berries, spices, caramel, vanilla and raisins.
Taste: Powerful, spicy and sweetish onset. Goes into cozy warmth, fine spices and wood, later fruity aromatic pepper, malt and honey sweetness.
Departure: Fine mouthfeel with subtle notes of anise, coffee and fine spices.
