Nose: Bright fruit, wonderfully sweet, you could almost think of a bourbon barrel. After 45 minutes, it then tilts towards dark fruits, a hint of yeast and bread dough, but just because of that tasty.
Aroma: Again bright fruits, later red grapes. With more time fermented kumquats and then of course wood. But not too much, no bitter bomb - luckily.
Finish: Long, so long. I'm excited. The tongue tingles on, you have for minutes light woodiness but also more fermented fruit on the tongue.
