Pale straw, very bright gold tone
Brutal horny, violent, phenolic smoke. Brachial and wild. However, sweetish flavors come from the background immediately. Gauze bandage in custard, or something like that. The obligatory smoked ham and iodine. A nice pinch of salt and something like sugared pineapple. Moist, freshly cut grass and I have somehow roasted almonds in the back of my head. Something brackish sea water is added. The alcohol does not stand out, but brings the flavors to the front. With some time in the glass is still ne cooling mint.
Soft, salty onset. Then comes neat pepper and the medicinal smoke flavor. But will be picked up immediately by a sweet honey-vanilla note. Stir-fried caramel and almonds again. This moldy seawater taste is also at the start, as well as the ham. A beautiful, light-fruited sweetness is always present. Also in the taste I think of sugared pineapple.
Long and oily, peppery. Sweet fruit notes with neat moist smoke.
