- Delicious, typical work. Smoke concentration pleased.
Citrus, delicately smoky, smoked peat, fuel oil, medical ointments, ash, fish on the grill, the proximity of the farm with cows is felt, a little bit worse than apple jam, salty iodine, hay, pepper. Degree is not felt.
Salty oily fish, smoke, lots of smoke, iodine, lemon, raisins, oily.
Ash, smoky, salty, salted barbecue fish, lemon peel, raisins, dry, long-lasting.

- Excessive sweetness in the aroma compensates for the salty taste and smoky finish (22) Delicatessen (87)
The aroma is thick, sticky ... spicy spices ... a drunken highness ... liqueur notes .. (with notes of nut and caramel appearing) peat ... iodine and a pinch of salt (22)
Salt and biscuit ... smoky (22)
Caramel in the smoke ... (21)
- Very good smoker, exciting and intense. 86 points.
Warm smoke, peaty, some cowshed (hay). Sweet and mineral, as if you were licking the stalactites in a slightly moldy stalactite cave. Baked apple with cinnamon.
Water: softer, peatier.
Heavily intense. Neat smoke. Very sweet, honey. The minerals are there and certainly the alcohol.
Water: sweeter, more pleasing.
Long and warm, stay a few herbs.
