Room temperature when drinking: 14 ℃

    Viewing Eyes: light gold

Smell Nose: smoked smoke, bacon, Harbin smoked sausage, apple peel, Dangshan pear, sterilized water, wort, baguette. After a few minutes, the peat and sterilized water faded away, the sweetness increased, and jam, caramel, and syrup appeared. The alcohol stimulus is a bit strong, and even the nose is burned, and it is unpleasant to leave.

Taste Palate: jam, syrup, Chinese dim sum filling, the soft sweetness lasts for just a few seconds, then the bituminous coal smell explodes suddenly, and it feels like eating a mouthful of ash for 7 or 8 seconds. Dust, ash and ink accompanied the middle and back sections, and the taste began to converge. The wooden barrel finally emerged, bringing out the bitter taste of grapefruit skin. It was no longer bacon, but black charcoal, thick smoke, bonfire, and red honeycomb coal. Compared with smelling, alcohol is less irritating to drink.

End rhyme Finish: medium length, honeycomb coal, maltose to sweet, branch.

Body: No tannin, less bitter bottom, the first half is a light, slippery and sticky structure. With the appearance of peat, it becomes a smooth, soft, sticky, and chewy. There is still a skeleton in the mud. The body is quite special.

Added 4 drops of water, more sweetness was released when smelling, added osmanthus cake, wax plum, honey, tropical fruit, longan, jackfruit, light ash, lit bad cigarette, waking dough, slimy of.

After the water is added, the wine tends to be milder, and the drink is obviously more balanced. The sweetness time is extended, the peat flavor is weakened, and the front and back are tied. Otherwise, the peat is too domineering and rough, and the volume seems to be huge. It is actually very thin. Se Li Nei. At the same time, the middle and rear notes are more woody spices, cardamom, pepper, coconut sugar. The finishing touch is back to the earth, the fried bacon, and the smoke of bacon.

    Nose: 81/100

    Palate: 81/100

    Finish: 80/100

    Body: 83/100

    Overall: 80/100

Overall: Although I haven't drunk peat in the past eight years, this one is absolutely superficial. The maltose syrup plus a broom peat ash is simply rough. Peat madly posted on me to express myself, hate>.
