Mild and subtly smoky with hints of red pepper. Red berries such as currant and raspberry emerge from behind the smoke. Peppered dark chocolate. The flavors do not crowd. If you want to catch them, you have to follow them.
-
Oily onset with a pinch of pepper and berry jam. Spicy (paprika, oregano), directly dark chocolate. The 25 years in the barrel are quickly noticeable with a woody note. It is quickly dry in the mouth, the berries say goodbye, the spice note is intense, fine herbs come. The aroma portion of chocolate increases again clearly, a pepper sharpness shoots in.
