Think I paid no more than £28 for this bottle.
Then it's a "no brainer" in terms of value for money.
Very fine fruity sherry nose.
At the edge it's light and a little citrusy, deeper down it's more musky.
Fresh cut apples, a light hint of banana.
Blue grape juice and raisins. Light fudgy undertone.
Clean and fresh.
First impression bitter coffee and dark fudge.
Very gentle undefined spice.
Maybe a little salty liqorice.
Light fruit of the nose is out done by dry and heavy concentrated sherry.
Lightly spiced grape juice with bitterness of the skin. Chocolate brownie. Some faint but very pleasant nuttyness.
First impression is rather short but it seems to last longer for each sip.
