      Medium to long, brown sugar, corn, nutmeg, cotton candy, forest fruits, grapefruit and wine-like.

    Tasting Notes by vanZuylen:

    Trockenbeerenauslese is a sweet wine (besides more requirements) made from overripe grapes affected by a certain fungus. This is called botrytis cinerea, and the phenomenon is known as "noble rot". Color: amber.

    Nose: fruity apricot and pear from third gets a pleasant accent flowers.

    Taste: pleasantly sweet with notes of honey and milk chocolate, a hint of nutmeg and recurring notes of ripe fruit.

    Finish: long and creamy with vanilla ice cream, honey and toffee.

    This Single Grain from the Strathclyde Distillery matured after 25 years in the Bourbon Barrel for 6 more months in a noble Trockenbeerenauslese Riesling barrel. The influence of the luscious wine has turned this drop into a very heavy and complex fruity-honey-nutty single grain, an exotic dessert whiskey.
