    The nose started nicely - in the long run I did not like the used tartaric acid so much - but with a few drops of water it wins again

      Wood - fire in the resinous logs smoldering and only a hint of the smoke impregnates the room - you smell it only a moment when you just come in, then the note goes down in the other smells, sulfurized raisins, plum jam with cinnamon, blackberry purée, furniture polish- Wax mixture, at first predominantly sweet with very delicate sourish essences, the acid becomes more and more clear over time - reminds me of cheap BBQ sauce or superimposed woody wine (vinegar)
      Water does it very well - nobler, clearer, more fruity, less of this unsightly acidity, wood grinding dust, apple cider vinegar, KirschPullMoll
    • Taste
      88 88
      sweet, warming - very viscous, almost like thick syrup, wax and wood are well fed on the tongue, no bitterness and it just fits very well without water, cherries, rose hips, coffee and soft walnuts
      with the second sip, salty, light cherry notes that flash only briefly then it is primarily characterized by wax, wood and sweetness - tobacco, pepper, a hint of leather - quite one-dimensional

      A drop of water closes it - plum in Madeira meets lush MonCherie cherries with grated wood by the fireplace

      warm, peppery, woody aromas, juniper, laurel, allspice, monchery with a lot and long chocolate and little cherry liqueur - quite dry and waxy
