- TASTING NOTE by G&M;
Colour: Dark amber.
Nose: Sweet wine notes with defined rum and raisin influences and a hint of
rich brown sugar. Fruity notes linger - prunes.
Palate: Silky and sweet, heavily sherried, well balanced with fruit cake and
brown sugar elements.
Nose: Delicate sweet wine notes, suggestion of rich dark sugar, elements of
cigar box wood and heavy fruity notes.
Palate: Silky with a well defined sweetness, and a more subtle sherried edge.
Reminiscent of rich fruit cake.
Body: Full bodied.
Finish: Long and smooth.
Cask Type(s): Sherry Butt.
Whisky Style: After dinner malt.
