- The nose is strangely less expressive and fruity. We have some toffee on the other hand. In the mouth, a little more powerful with an increased presence, but still this lack of relief that makes it a "forgettable" product. (Other batch? Warm, it emanates chestnut honey, pear, vegetal notes of wood and pine.A real signature. In the mouth, it is young, but soft and fluid, evanescent even with a blend structure, more than malt, round, on the pear, it is a little sweet, but spicy, very easy finish, a little short and watery but with a noteworthy return of vegetal notes. Enthusiasm 2/5
- At nose,,
malt, vanilla, floral and a little fruity! then a soft woody side, caramel, and red-orange fruits arrive (cherry, raspberry, apricot ... characteristic of Alsace!) arrive, it goes well !!
it's almost a disaster, the aromas give way to little: it stings, wood, little or no fruit, malt still a little nutty!
In the final, short to very short with few scents, more disappointed than the blue that promised less to the nose!
The dram starter, or cocktail to have alcohol!
kernel, glue, undifferentiated fruit, spices that hide, not obvious.
