tobacco). A fascinating dram.
There's an initial struck match sulphur hit, but it quickly lifts. I
think it won't feature once the bottle has been open for a couple of
days. It's a starnge nose. There's mixed peel, dark bitter oranges,
tannins, a certain mustiness, camp coffee and tobacco. Then there's
ozone and salt too. Amazingly complex.
Starts with the bitter orange, then you're chewing tobacco for a while,
before the wave of salt crashes in. A wonderful experience.
Mouth-watering, big tobacco, much sweeter oranges, long drying and salty.
